The tumors occur predominantly in young female usually in the 2nd–3rd decades. Incidence is 2–6% of ovarian stromal tumors. It is usually unilateral. Other sex cord stromal tumors of ovary comprised fibromas, thecomas, granulosa cell tumor, Leydig cell tumor, and SST. Due to rarity of SST, most of the time it is not always possible to predict the presence of SST by clinical and radiological findings. The case is being presented for its rarity as the patient presented with unilocular cyst and minimal ascites.</p>}, number={4}, journal={Asian Pacific Journal of Health Sciences}, author={Singh, Ajit}, year={2020}, month={Sep.}, pages={16–18} }
