Regional lymph nodes metastasis is seen in two-thirds of the patients of malignant melanoma. However, patients are also known to present with metastatic nodes in the absence of a known primary. The authors report a rare case of metastatic malignant melanoma from an unknown primary in a 62-year-old male who presented with an axillary mass.</p> ER -
