It is generally discovered in teeth with previous history of trauma and the affected tooth is usually asymptomatic. Proper history, good diagnosis and early treatment improve the overall prognosis of such teeth. The present report demonstrates a progressive, non-perforating, inflammatory internal resorption involving the middle third of permanent maxillary left central incisor which was treated by non-surgical orthograde means and oburated with thermoplastized gutta percha technique.</p> ER -
